Starting at 5 p.m. at the Scotiabank Sculpture Garden, kick off the evening at the Coureur des Bois Ice Bar and discover The Moose, the brand-new signature cocktail created by Pierre Gadouas.
Then, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., follow him to the Relais SAQ for an exclusive tasting of three signature cocktails, available only during the The Moose tour.
Through discoveries, meetups, mixology tips, and a few flair bartending moves, Pierre, mixologist for Spiritueux Ungava, turns every stop into a festive, immersive, and unforgettable experience.

During the Carnival, Bois l’Orignal is offering a simple, friendly contest held directly on the official Carnival sites.
When you order the Orignal cocktail, you will receive a Bois l’Orignal themed headband. Wear it during your visit to the Carnival sites and our team may spot you and award you an instant prize, courtesy of Les Spiritueux Ungava!
To enter the grand prize draw, take a photo of yourself at one of the “Bois l’Orignal, Become the Orignal” photo booths. Then post the photo on Instagram and tag @Coureurdesboiserable and @CarnavaldeQuébec.
